Sam & I both went with wearing summery dresses, but Sam went with wearing wedges & I just wore some comfy flats so I could play some badminton (yeah, I played in my maxi dress haha)
It's really funny; I always think of picnics as sitting on a blanket on the grass & eating sandwiches. My family? They think of it as going as early as possible to reserve picnic tables, setting up stoves & heating up curries & chinese noodles. It's usually a massive feast with tons of leftovers though. & of course, it's always good to reunite with family!
Can't wait for more summer weekend festivities :)

Good times! We had a picnic this weekend too, and our weather was very similar. We grilled and ate burgers and chilled out until it got too windy :)
